    如果你已经赚了几百L$，可以拿这笔钱当做起始金开家自己的商店，出售简单的物品。开商店不一定非要买地，买地开店成本太高。首先你必须是缴费用户才有买地皮的资格，现在的512米的地皮大概要8000L$左右。

    在大商场租间门面是新人的最佳选择。每周租金从60到200不等。和现实中不一样，价格高低不是看面积，主要是看允许放置的prim数量。官价是4L$/周/Prim。prim是最小物体单位，比如一个正方体、圆柱或球。复杂的物体由多个prim组成，比如小的人偶就是由多个prim组成。

    如果是自己买地皮，512米可以只能容纳117个prim。除非是特形地，比如2X或2.5X，可以容纳2倍或2.5倍的prim数量。特形地非常贵，512米大概是50美金，月费15-20美金。出租的店面一般只允许放二三十个prim。

    大商场也是由玩家开的，这些人拥有大量土地，在其上修建商场，划分成小块摊位出租以赚取利润。点Search按钮，选择Events页，输入Rent 出租，可以在Date那里向前翻找更多的出租信息。选好后点Teleport，传输过去。

    商场的空摊位上会放有一个大盒子或者大牌子，写着类似This place for rent的话，点击他就会有价格和允许容纳的Prim数量等信息弹出，或者直接显示在盒子上方。

    这就是自动出租装置，如果你用鼠标右键点选他，pay给足够的钱。这盒子就会变小，上升到摊位的顶端。租期一到，盒子就下降，变大，挡在摊位前面。商场经理会定期清理到期摊位上的商品。如图。

    选择好的摊位，不光看价格，还要看人气。如果商场附近总是有大量的绿点汇集，这地方的租金一定不便宜。最后介绍一个大商场，规模比较大，占地半个区，有几百个摊位，还雇有导购，人气一般。建议租店的朋友多比较些商场。
